Il morso l morso va usato con consapevolezza e abilità. Non andrebbe mai usato per cercare di risolvere problematiche che dipendono da una carente preparazione!
Nella monta western tradizionale i cowboys usavano il morso solo ed esclusivamente a una mano. L’altra era occupata per gestire il laz per controllare il bestiame o sbrigare le faccende tipiche della vita da ranch.
Usare una mano sola significa anche applicare meno forza e proprio per questo motivo ci si affidava alle leve del morso per amplificare la pressione sulla bocca e sul palato del cavallo e avere una risposta immediata.
